New Student Registration for Enrollment

We want to ensure we provide you with individualized service, so we request you make an appointment to enroll at [email protected]. Please include the current grade(s) and the address where the student(s) will reside. Drop-ins are welcome.

New Families Must:

  • Complete the online application in SKYWARD . Link to Online Application.

  • After your child's online application has been submitted, you must bring the following documents to the Registrar located at the Whitehall School District, to complete the registration process: enrollment cannot be accepted until all required documents are received.

    1. Birth Certificate

    2. Proof of Residency

      • Must include a current utility bill (no cutoff notices) or utility deposit receipt, a lease agreement, mortgage statement, or county tax statement.

      • P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable

    3. Immunization Record or a completed and signed waiver form.

    4. Parent/Guardian Driver License

    5. Guardianship Letter (if you are the guardian and not the parent)
